Only one triangle can be formed for any valid group of triangle lengths. The sides are a fixed length, and when joined, will have fixed internal angles. You cannot form the triangle with different angle sizes because the lengths are fixed. The orientation of the triangle may be different (the 14 ft fence is to the side in one drawing, or the top in another) but it is still the same triangle.
