It’s bad to sleep with the tv on because it is a waste of electricity. Also the effect of the blue lights that come out from our electronics can mess with the quality of your sleep by suppressing the production of melatonin. This can make it harder to sleep.
I think D. insect bites would be the answer to your question because insects can carry lots of disease on them.
A positive way to deal with t is accept it then overcome it that way you won’t be afraid anymore plus you’ve got to remember that the only thing to fear is fear itself!
