What is the topic sentence in the following paragraph? A trip to the ocean can be a relaxing escape from the everyday pressures
Zigmanuir [339]
Hey there,

Your question states: What is the topic sentence in the following paragraph? Based by looking at the following options, your correct answer would be a<span> trip to the ocean can be a relaxing escape from the everyday pressures of life. The reason why I say this would be because this has a more narrow meaning into this. It give's more of a cleft hanger for the person to make it a topic sentence.

Hope this helps.

PLS HELP I need an introduction to a volunteer essay on helping at the elderly home
wel

Explanation:

Getting old is a natural process. During the old age, people need utmost love and care. Caring for the elderly is not only a responsibility but also a moral duty. Old people are the backbone of a family. They are well experienced with the hardships of life. It is said that life teaches us lessons. Old people teach us how to grow, how to survive in this world and how to shape our carrier as well. They establish us in this world with their immense effort. It is our responsibility to pay them back during their old age.

Unfortunately, in today’s world, the youths are seen forgetting their moral duties towards elders. They aren’t ready to understand the importance of elderly care and instead of caring for their parents during their old age, they prefer to send them to old age homes. They prefer to live an independent life rather than living with their parents. This is not a good sign for our society. Being a social animal we need to know how to take care of old people.

Leo Tolstoy's "How Much Land Does a Man Need?" presents a peasant, Pahom, who is overcome with greed and pride. The Devil tempts
Andreyy89
The best answers to the incomplete statements above would be that based on the interactions between Pahom and the Devil, Pahom is the type of character known as the protagonist while the Devil is intended to be as the antagonist. The former is usually the main character of the story and the latter is the villain.
