Answer:On July 24, 1684, La Salle set out for North America with a large contingent of four ships and 300 sailors to establish a French colony on the Gulf of Mexico at the mouth of the Mississippi River and challenge Spanish rule in Mexico. The expedition encountered problems nearly from the start.

After this depression a man invented a way of preventing another one. He "buried" 1 million dollars out of the city, and told everyone. Then the city went to bug shovels to get the money, but had to be employed to buy the shovels, therefore preventing another depression and bringing employees to factorys
