Self-image gives you a picture on what your <em>assets</em> are, as well as your <em>liabilities</em>. Then, you start labeling yourself accordingly. However, this is not true or based on reality all the time. The goal is to have a <u><em>"healthy self-image."</em></u> A person with this kind of image is able to accept his flaws, yet tries his best in every way.
