Well artists tend to make art that is important to them, and all of them have different art styles and preferences. Also it is difficult to perfectly make a symmetrically balanced piece of artwork. By using different styles and contrasting colors, or at that just looks complex and interesting to the viewer you can draw them in. Another way would be to create an artwork that can touch many different people emotionally. Overall art can be many different things to many different people.

Open the picture in the graphics program right click on the default background layer and select duplicate. Click on the filter tab at the top of the page select blur and then Gaussian blur change the value of the pixels in the window that pops up put 20 to start but the number can be as necessary
