Answer:

According to the graph we can conclude that the losses in Civil War (combined data) were practically the same as the losses of American soldiers in all other wars together. This is just a proof of how devastating this war was for the United States.

Explanation:

We can see from the graph that when we combine numbers that more than 600 000 people died in the Civil War. On the other side we can also that less than 700 000 Americans died in all other wars that they participated in. And take into account that United States participated in WW1 and WW2 among other conflicts.
