Dean’s testimony to federal prosecutors is an event that lead to an investigation
of the break in at the Watergate Hotel. It showed that <span>these intruders were connected to the campaign
staff of President Richard Nixon because of subsequent investigations of the
FBI, Congress, and the media. </span>
He believed he ruled as an absolute monarchy and the other monarchies were arbitary monarchies.
In some cases, white conservatives in the south attempted to defeat congress reconstruction plans by boycotting the polls. In addition, the southern states were overpoweringly democrat so by readmitting them as states the republicans were probable to fail their main stream in congress. The differences between the conservatives, radical and modern factions of the republican party during reconstruction are conservatives that south should ratify the 13th amendment but not much else to be readmitted. Radical that they not just ratify the 13th amendment but that the union troops remain in the south to impose new rules. Moderates required some rights for blacks but did not agree with the radical method of violence and punitive measure in contradiction of the former confederates.
