W= 35 this is because it is and i need 20 characters i don’t know how to explain but it is 35

32    =   28

40          W

cross multiply so that 32W = (40*28)

then                                32W = 1,120

now divide by 32 on both sides

                                      32W = 1,120

                                      32          32

so now it's only                W = 1,120/32

which simply equals        W = 35

THE FINAL ANSWER IS 35

I suggest you practice this question because throughout your educational career you will need to be able to solve this. Thank me later & good luck

Find the length of a third side of a right triangle
ANTONII [103]
The sides of a right triangle can be found using the Pythagorean Theorem: a^2+b^2=c^2

c is the hypotenuse (the longest side) of the right triangle and a and b are the two other legs. Knowing any two sides of the right triangle, you can find the other using this formula.

Hope this helps!
