Answer: She wanted to visit her brother.

Explanation: In the Cold Equations by Tom Godwin, Marilyn, was a stowaway aboard the Emergency Dispatch Ship (EDS) which she boarded in a bid to go visit her brother, Gerry, who was on planet Woden. The ship eventually ran out of fuel and she was about to ejected into space, to enable the ship carry on with the other weights. She imagined she'd die in space and didn't want her family to imagine she died in agony, this she narrated to the pilot of the ship. So the original plan was to go see her brother, thus the first option is correct.

Valentin [98]
Argue against? okay.

Talent shows like the x factor, do in fact, provide cheap television. However, the value is larger than imagined. Many people around the world are fueled with the dream that they could achieve great fame because of shows like x factor. Clearly, there is a positive reinforcement given to people by watching a cheap television show like the x factor. The feeling one recieves when watching talent shows can be described in no better word but reviving. One feels like if they tried hard enough, they too, can win fortunes that big. That maybe, they too, can live on a scale measured by the media. The claim that the media would be giving a false sense of realism to people, is wrong, because, it is only fueling them with a dream achieved by other people. If it happened to others, why cant it happen to them?

... thats all i got, hope it helps
and you should probably look for a better word than reviving lol
