What type of punctuation is not used internally in a sentence?
Illusion [34]
<span>The correct answer is A. The period is used only at the end of a sentence and is considered to give finality to a given sentence, providing a stopping place. The comma, apostrophe and quotation marks each provide a different functionality, and are used internally in a sentence. The comma is used to separate words. The apostrophe is used to indicate possessiveness. Quotation marks indicate a direct quote from a person.</span>

Epic poetry and Greek mythology are closely associated. Greek gods such as Zeus, Athena, and Hades are significant characters in
Gala2k [10]

Answer:

I would like to see more of Zeus in other epic and literary works because I feel as if there is never much talk about him in depth. His purpose in most just seems to be as the father of another child, or as the betrayer of his wife. All I really know about Zeus is his strength, backstory, family, specific powers, and the fact that he has slept around with many women. I would like to see if there are any other works where there is more to him than just all of that. I would like to know what kind of person Zeus is in his free time or if he has any thoughts when it comes to himself or helping others who ask of his assistance. I believe that Zeus would be interesting to see more of, especially since he is so powerful and there is little talk of the accomplishments he has made aside from his children.

I would like to see more of Hades in other epic poems and literary works. He has had so many different depictions and story-lines and I find it all to be interesting. He is depicted in the tale Persephone as being lonely and just wanting the company. In tales based more around his other brothers, however, he is shown as more of a heartless character who has never had feelings other than vile ones in his life. People have so many different takes on Hades and I feel like this makes him one of the most interesting Greek gods out there. He is such a complex character that some people don't even know how to universally describe him the same, and I think I would like to here everybody's different sides and views towards him.

Can you help me make an Acrostic Poem using a word or term that reflects our local culture?

Acrostic Poem using a word or term that reflects our local culture

Elizabeth it is in vain you say

"Love not" - thou sayest it in so sweet a way:

In vain those words from thee or L. E. L.

Zantippe's talents had enforced so well:

Ah! if that language from thy heart arise,

Breathe it less gently forth - and veil thine eyes.

Endymion, recollect, when Luna tried

To cure his love - was cured of all beside -

His folly - pride - and passion - for he died.

<u>"Acrostic" by Lewis Carroll...</u>

Little maidens, when you look

On this little story-book,

Reading with attentive eye

Its enticing history,

Never think that hours of play

Are your only HOLIDAY. (Lorina)

And that in a HOUSE of joy

Lessons serve but to annoy:

If in any HOUSE you find

Children of a gentle mind,

Each the others pleasing ever. (Alice)

Each the others vexing never-

Daily work and pastime daily

In their order taking gaily-

Then be very sure that they

Have a life of HOLIDAY. (Edith)
