3x+1 over 4y2 means (3*(x)+1)/(4*(y)^2)
Given, x=3 and y=4
so, by substituting values of x and y in above equation, we get,
((3*(3))+1)/(4*((4)^2)) = (9+1)/(4*16) = 10/64 = 5/32.
5/32 is the answer.
Hope it helps.
