If this is a rectangle, then the answer is the length=96 unitsI just formed two linear equations that follow the information.
1. 2l + 2w= 256
2. l=3w
Then, I solved for w by using substitution. w is 32. I then multiplied it by 3. I get the length as 96.

can somebody please help my friend, she has asked everyone she knows and nobody knows how to solve it. please help ty
Nady [450]

Answer:

42

Step-by-step explanation:

First I'm going to assume that C and A are perpendicular.

Because its perpendicular, this creates a 90 degree angle which can be used to create the following equation.

90 = 6x - 6 + 5x + 8

Reduce

11x = 88

x = 8

We then plug in 8 into the equation 6x - 6 in order to solve for that angle.

6(8) - 6

Step-by-step explanation:

<em>the </em><em>giv</em><em>e</em><em>n </em><em>pair </em><em>is </em><em>Alternate</em><em> Exterior</em><em> Angle</em>

Varvara68 [4.7K]

Answer:

\triangle BOT \cong \triangle IEW

Step-by-step explanation:

We are given the following in the question:

\angle BTO \cong \angle IWE\\WI \cong BT\\OT \cong EW

We have to prove:

\triangle BOT \cong \triangle IEW

Proof:

\text{In }\triangle BOT \text{ and } \triangle IEW

we can write:

\angle BTO = \angle IWE\text{ (Given)}\\WI \cong BT\text{ (Given)}\\OT \cong EW\text{ (Given)}

Hence, the two triangle are congruent by SAS congruency rule.

\triangle BOT \cong \triangle IEW

The attached image shows the two triangle.
