All thought it’s opinion based, you can use my opinion for the first part

1.when looking at this drawing, I get these sad emotions for some reason. For example when you look at the dog you can see the dog is rather skinny and boney, it truly brings my mood down.The people in this drawing don’t look so happy either. There’s even a baby that seems to be going through a lot for a young age. Not to mention there is no colors. With that being said, it doesn’t give me the best feeling.

I believe the correct answer here is digital because it can be done on a PC / laptop and it can be done online to create a photo portfolio or album. The other formats are not as easy as a digital copy of photos to distribute over the internet for online use. The other methods would require several phases of format to get it ready to go into digital state.
