Umm... not quite sure what you're looking for... but a theme of <em>To Kill A Mockingbird</em> is racial prejudice because the whole reason Tom lost his case is the fact that he was a black man; it was open-and-shut really.

She could of still told Jane and they both could have went together even if it was at the last minute.

I would take that money that she made and make her do other work to earn that same amount back, and then it'll be like she never did what she did behind my back :)

This is most evidently a metaphor.  The thing to keep in mind when analyzing literature/poetry is that if you see figurative language making comparisons/drawing parallels between two differing things--instances where the meaning is not literal such as how injustice is not really a fire and has no flames--it's a safe bet you'll have on your hands a metaphor.
