Graph the piecewise function (20 points!) (image provided below)

Mathematics
1 answer:

8 0

check the picture below.

notice, the hollow dot endpoints, is where the subfunction does not include that value of "x", and where the dot is a solid dot, that value is included in the subfunction.

so the piece-wise is simply the composition of all its subfunctions, in this case 3 subfunctions, within their range, notice the lines continue on the dashed line part, but that part is not included in the piece-wise because is outside the range provided for "x".

You deposit $634 into an investment that earns 6% compound interest for 6 years. What is the balance at the end of the 6 years?
Irina18 [472]

Answer:

864.4

Step-by-step explanation: if you find what 6% of 634 is it is 38.4 so then you multiply 38.4 by 6 and you get 230.4 and then you add that to 634.

hope this helps :)

I'm a little confused by your question.

You said 60-8 = 52 which is true.

Then, you asked 4x = 52 in an integer form
                           x = 52/4
                           x = 13. (Is that what you're asking?)

I'm not sure if this helps, but please comment if you need any help! Hope this helps though! :D

What is the relationship between the angle measures of triangles and other polygons?
romanna [79]

Answer:

To find the sum of interior angles in a polygon divide the polygon into triangles. The sum of interior angles in a triangle is 180°. To find the sum of interior angles of a polygon, multiply the number of triangles in the polygon by 180°. A polygon is a closed geometric figure whose sides are simple line segments. Each corner of a polygon where two sides intersect is called a vertex of the polygon. For example, a triangle is a polygon with 3 sides. There are also three vertices, one at each point.
