ong, who teaches Math, Science and Social Studies. These two teachers have been teaching partners for several years, and have shared personal information with each other as it pertains to their work and home life. Recently, Mrs. Long confided in Mr. Armstrong about difficulties she is having withmedication she takes for anxiety, and she let him know that she would be missingschool to go toa doctor’sappointmentfor help with the issue. While Mrs. Long was out for her appointment, Mr. Armstrong told the substitute, who is also a parent of a student who attends Cold Creek Elementary, that Mrs. Long would probably be needing her several more times in the upcoming weeks, saying specifically that she would be visiting the doctor until she gets her anxiety controlled by her medications. Mr. Armstrong’s purpose in speaking to the substitute was only to secure her for upcoming days because he prefers to have consistency for the students.

Explain why the delivery of a speech is as important as the content of a speech.
Katarina [22]
The delivery of a speech helps the audience understand the topic, what you're talking about, and keeps the speech on track.

For example, if you were giving a speech on Romeo and Juliet, you wouldn't want to get off topic by giving information about Shakespeare's life instead of information and analysis of the play.

Your friend Sarah from London send you an email asking,
Anna35 [415]

You can write a response based on information you have researched online about Malaysia, such as the language spoken there or the typical foods.

How to write an email?

The following tips will help you write a response to Sarah about Malaysia and its heritage:

 • Begin by saying "hi".
 • Tell Sarah you are doing well and ask her how she has been doing.
 • Explain that you will soon be leaving Malaysia, but that you had a lot of fun there.
 • Tell her she can write about Malaysia's culture. List a few facts such as: The language spoken in Malaysia is called Malay, rice and coconut are typically used in dishes, and most people are Muslim in the country.
 • Remind Sarah that she can write asking for more information about Malaysia in case she needs.
 • Say goodbye.

In conclusion, a simple email answering her questions about yourself and Malaysia can be provided as an answer.
