Is it considered abuse if your parents yell or hit or toss you in your room. This has been going on for a while I live with both

my parents and I have a good relationship with my mom but my dad has always been an a-hole and he's always been abusive and has anger issues my mom is the one who backs me up. He gets mad for little things and goes from 10 to 100 hes jokes are cruel and not kind. So here i am today I just had got back from vacation with them we unpack fast forward till later my dad comes storming in my room like and i d i o t and starts yelling at me because i put his cloths in the closet he is really messy and leaves his shi around the house especially in my room. I always ask him to take his stuff out but he doesn;t listen honestly it's depressing living in all that clutter. He has a pile of clothes on my desk that I use for school and gaming and has this big as a stroller in my room that takes up a quarter of my room not to mention the fact that he uses my closet for his ugly cloths and puts boxes of his boots under my bed. I've always considered calling the cops or someone becasue i can't stand living with him but i always re-think it and am older now no one wants a 14 yr old kid they all want toddlers i'd be in foaster care for the rest of my years so i just stay queit but trust me there has been plenty of chances and I also don't wanna get taken away from my mom or my other family. I have a great great grandmother living at 93 and i wanna be there for her until she takes her last breaths. Its a big cycle and I don't know what to do i get yelled at and shi. I just want out he is evil and so is his daughter my (sister) that child screams for everything and is so sassey at only age 4 and my dad doesn't give none he lets her get away with anything and if im lucky will give her a slap on the wrist while i get punished/yelled at. Night after nights i would wish to be treatd better but everyone always says but he puts a roof over your head and buys you things. I'm sorry but this isn't the way to treat your kid. Sometimes i would even fall asleep crying my mom was always there to comfort me. what should i do???
