No i do not agree because some good poetry has nothing to do with feelings
The meaning of this oxymoron refers to the hypocrisy of the government and its corporate governance by claiming that all citizens are created equal but continuously provide special privileges and power towards the elites, implying that true equality is a false ideology that doesn’t genuinely exist regardless of the fabricated lie that those in power claim is there.
The technological advances addressed in the novel, "1984," that present ethical implications today is the propaganda being emitted from the radios in the streets which can be the same to media outlets in the Western World today that seems to be one-sided on certain arguments. A lot of people’s opinions are based on what is presented on television media, therefore their opinions become one-sided.
