The correct answer is The alligator slipped quietly into the water.

The first sentence does not agree since alligators should be a singular form, while the second and third are nonsensical because of lack of information.

Always capitalize the beginning of a sentence. Names also should be capitalized. As for the punctuation mark at the end, I felt an exclamation point was more fitting, but u might be able to pass with a period at the end.
