What was the main target of kamikazes
Nuetrik [128]
After several losses in the Pacific, such as the loss of the Solomon Islands(Dec 1943) and the loss of the Battle of Leyte Gulf (Oct 1944), I think Japan realised that it was fighting a losing battle. Kamikaze literally means 'divine wind' and was seen as a very honourable death. The Japanese were very resilient and by the end of the war kamikaze bombers had sunk 34 US ships and damaged 288 more. Not a very good answer to your question but hope it helps.

If you were an archaeologist a thousand years from now, what object might you find left behind in the earth from our current yea
Margaret [11]

Answer:

Nuclear Station (If its an object a nuclear weapon)

Explanation:

It may show people in 3021 about our weapons and this can be seen by some after effects such as thermal radiation. Unlike conventional explosions, a single nuclear explosion can generate an intense pulse of thermal radiation that can start fires and burn skin over large areas. In some cases, the fires ignited by the explosion can coalesce into a firestorm, preventing the escape of survivors.

There are other affects such as damage to the ozone layer. In addition, the ozone layer, which protects the surface of the Earth from harmful ultraviolet radiation, would be depleted by 40% over many inhabited areas and up to 70% at the poles.
