Answer:

it's not exactly called being depressed its more so like you need a break for your mental health. Your mental health is far more important than the works you have piled up. So I suggest taking a break? whether its for one day or even a week. Work on your self :))

garri49 [273]
I haven't heard of PRICES method. I only know of PRICE which stands for P  - protect
R  - rest
I    - ice
C  - compress
E  - elevate

However, since we are dealing with injuries, S can stand for SPLINT. You apply a splint on injuries with broken bones. This is to ensure that the edges of the broken bones will meld and mend together without any difficulty.

Dmitry [639]

Answer:

A. "I would like to know why you came home late without calling me."

Explanation:

Statement A, "I would like to know why you came home late without calling me.", is the best example of an assertive communication technique that expresses the concerns of the client in an honest and straightforward way without sounding rude, aggressive or jumping into conclusion quickly. In this way, the right of the other person would be respected while the client expresses his. The rest statements given as examples contain words that suggest aggression, such as “hate”, “angry”.

what is the most basic principle in physical activity that indicates doing more than normal for improvement to happen
vichka [17]

Answer:

The correct answer is - the principle of overload.

Explanation:

One of the three basic principles in physical fitness is overload which suggests that an individual or species that works harder than the normal or required shows greater improvement and increases their physical fitness which leads to health benefits.

Overload means increasing physical activity by training harder to get more improvement to happen. In overload, the body performs better and adjusts in order to make it better for the future.
