If it based on the gross income alone, Exxon/mobil rake in as much the nation of THAILAND made in a year.
Exxon operation could be that big because its operation probably had a really deep root onto several African nations that has a lot of oil resources, such as Chad,Nigeria, and Cameroon.

Tanzania [10]

Answer:

The correct answer is D) The operation of internal service funds has no impact on other funds because it is run as a business and provides services that would have been purchased elsewhere by the other funds.

Explanation:

This is false because the operation of these funds represent a direct impact on other funds in the portfolio because they are related within the same business scheme and therefore transfer transactions (purchase and sale) of services corresponding to other portfolios or funds with guarantees and expectations of growth in the short term.

timurjin [86]

The type of loan that this is known to represent is what is referred to as the wraparound mortgage loan.

What is the wraparound mortgage loan?

This is the type of mortgage that has to do with the fact that the borrower is financing another loan when they have not been able to finance the original mortgage itself.

This type of loan is beneficial to a person given that they would be able to get a system of loan that may not have been possible before.

Hence we have to conclude that Jays financing a property when he has an existing mortgage is what is called the wraparound mortgage loan.

A borrower is unsure whether to go with a fixed rate or adjustable rate loan. what kind of questions would you ask to help them
katovenus [111]
I would ask them if they were comfortable with a fluctuating rate, which though at the moment is lower than the fixed rate, could go up in the future. I would also ask them if they needed to be sure of the rate say for example for a 5 year term like in a mortgage for peace of mind or if they are willing to take a risk with the fluctuations. If the latter, I would tell them that at any time they could lock it in for a 5 year term if they saw it going up.

You wish to take an Excel course. You may enroll at one within your school or you may take a community class at the local librar
Paraphin [41]

Answer:

The chosen option (considering enrollment costs and opportunity cost) is:

b) College course.

Explanation:

a) Data and Calculations:

Costs/Benefits

                           College Course Community Course

Cost $2,600 $1,390

Opportunity costs -2,080 2,080

Net costs $520 $3,470

Distance to course 0.40 miles 16 miles

                                  (walking distance) (driving distance)

Timing of course Weekday Weekend

Number of meetings 16 8

b) With the College course option, you will earn $2,080 ($260 * 8) weekdays to offset part of the enrollment cost. With the Community course option, $2,080 will be lost in opportunity cost, thereby increasing the total costs incurred. These costs are apart from the driving costs associated with traveling 16 miles to the Community Course at the local library.
