Explanation:

Cell- A cell is the basic unit of life and all organisms are composed of one or more cells. There are two fundamental types of cell: prokaryotic and eukaryotic.

Exchange- The gas exchange system is responsible for the uptake of oxygen into the blood and the excretion of carbon dioxide. Now exchange in organism mostly occur in gaseous form.

Transport- They occur in Both plants and animals so,

Transport in an Animal body -As animals become larger, more complex and more active, transport systems become essential to supply nutrients to, and remove waste from, individual cells.

Plants do not have systems for transporting oxygen and carbon dioxide; instead these gases diffuse through air spaces within stems, roots and leaves.
