Drought length is increasing in these areas because of climate change and global warming. Both climate change and global warming are responsible for increasing temperature of the atmosphere as well as reduction of precipitation that leads to drought conditions in many regions of the earth. Human activities are the main cause of increasing the drought length because human pollutes environment by releasing excess amount of carbondioxide gas.
