The responsible use of natural resources is the fundamental basis for the long-term survival of the human race, as natural resources (especially non-renewable ones, such as water) are essential for the existence of all forms of life on earth, thus including human life. In this way, a reasonable, sustainable and supportive use of resources, avoiding their waste and guaranteeing their subsistence for future generations, would be the necessary guarantee so that the future inhabitants of the planet can develop their lives in fully normal conditions.
