Answer: if we were to say that the population was 50% male and 50% female, than 21% of the males would play the guitar and 15% of the females would also play the guitar, if it is talking about the population in geteral, than 21% of men and 15% of female play the guitar, but the remaining 64% of people don't play the guitar.... i don't think this is the answer, so if you chose my first case, the answer would be 0.105 for males or 10.5 % or percent of males play guitar in the state
