It’s A or D. I’m leaning closer to D because it is hurdles and quad’s and those help with the leg muscles. But, A states they prepare the muscles for intense movement, meaning it’s not just the leg muscles. As D shows it’s just the leg muscles, A shows all muscles. Either way, the exercise activity’s are appropriate so it would be A or D. Hope this helps!
