<u>"Why I Smile"</u>
Sometimes you just have to smile.
Pretend everything is okay.
Hold back the tears
and just walk away.
Never looking back,
always looking forward.
Following your path,
to see all that God has in store.
Your smile is contagious,
you never know what it will do.
Brighten someones day.
Maybe someones life.
you will never know what that smile can do.
Why smile?
because
you can.
Beyond, among, behind or along with. "metacarpus" or "metaphysical" <span />
One part is "Unless we start listening to Mother Nature and start taking care of our lush, green planet, our world as we know it will not be around much longer." It can make the reader seem worried for the planet because they live on it and it not being around much longer than where will they go? It makes them want to help for the sake of them selves. As well as "Every part of nature is being depleted by overuse and lack of care, and no one seems concerned." People don't want to be know as "the bad guys" so they want to start helping so they won't be put into the horrible people title.
The reason why this can happen is because of the transformative journey that Jin Wang is on. At first, Jin Wang is ashamed of being Chinese, and wants to appear as white as possible. Wei-Chen is fully Chinese, and because of this, he is a foil, as he is a character that highlights the characteristics of the protagonist by contrasting them with his own, which are the opposite.
However, as the story progresses, Jin Wang becomes even less similar to Wei-Chen, as he kisses Suzy and as he transforms into Danny. Jin Wang, therefore, not only contrasts with Wei-Chen, but is in open opposition to him. This makes Wei-Chen the antagonist.
Se-hun the wolf was the Omega of the pack. She was constantly being bullied and taunted for her strangely colored coat, which was dark brown. One day a group of hunters entered the forest, all looking to hunt wolves.
The rest of the pack all scrambled and hid to get away from the hunters. This would have worked if they didn't have such bright pelts. When the hunters were searching all of the other wolves wished they had pelts like Se-hun's coat.
The hunters took the entire pack, but Se-hun hid in a tree, where she blended in. If she had the alpha's golden fur she would have been seen by the hunters. The hunters left the forest without ever seeing Se-hun.
Moral of the story: Differences aren't allways bad.
