How does assemblage primarily differ from the other sculptural processes??
Troyanec [42]
Assemblage can be taken as different from other sculptural practices in many ways. The one that seems most significant to me is the 'ready-made' aspect of it and the depth that gives to not only the conceptual and material practices. e.g the assemblage is of items and objects that usually have a history to themselves and tell their own story, which is utilised throughout assemblage art.

Who was aristole? what did it mean when he said "all arts consists in bringing something into ?
kondaur [170]

Answer: Aristotle was a Greek philosopher and polymath.

All artists bring something into the world of art

Explanation: During the Classical period in Ancient Greece, taught by Plato, he was the founder of the Lyceum, the Peripatetic school of philosophy, and the Aristotelian tradition.

I don't think he ever said that but everything I have studied over Aristotle would make sense with that quote.
