I wll arise and go now, and go to Innisfree,
And a snall cabin buld there, of clay and wattles made;
Nine bean rows will I have there, a hlve for the honey bee,
And Ilve alone In the bee-loud glade.
And I shall have some peace there, for peace comes dropping slow,
Dropping from the vells of the morning to where the cricket sings:
There midnight's all a glimmer, and noon a purple glow,
And evening full of the lIinnet's wings.
I will arise and go now, for always night and day
Ihear lake water lapping with low sounds by the shore;
While I stand on the roadway, or on the pavements grey.
Ihear It in the deep heart's core.

Which portion of an informational text usually contains the thesis?
Marizza181 [45]
Short Answer: A
A really super writer could get away with putting the thesis statement in the conclusion of a paragraph piece. But present day English Departments have become very rigid about where the thesis is.

It is always in the introduction. The idea is that you have to guide your reader to the arguments that follow in the paragraphs to come between the introduction and the conclusion.
