"Are you ok? Do you realize that you almost ran over me with your car?

Explanation:

This is less confrontational. It shows a bit of understanding that the driver's expression might be the result of shock or surprise, not a stare "like nothing happened." At the same time, it states the issue, that the speaker was nearly run over, and would like to express some feeling about it.
