The correct answer is B.

In the story, the white woman is awfully excited to meet Walter Williams, a colored singer whom she likes. However, while talking to her host, she constantly remarks that she does not have feelings for him, being that he is a black man.

Still, when she finally meet him, she gets very nervous, cuts herself while talking and interrups him when he tries to answer any of her questions.

After their conversation ends, he tells her host that she though he was a nice man, and that she liked him. But, again, she strongly remarks that she has no feelings for him.

What is the relationship between personality and learning style?
Alla [95]

When we speak of personality, for the majority of authors, it is the set of characteristics that make each individual unique. The way of perceiving, processing, coding, storing and retrieving information will be influenced by the differential characteristics of the individual. In addition they will have great influence the closest social agents around: family, school and environment. The interaction of all these will help to configure the personality of the subject, facilitating (in the best of cases) the relationship and understanding with others.

There are three fundamental factors that favor our security: the physical, the intellectual and the social. And they have a great impact when building a healthy personality.

Then perhaps we can say, that the personality and learning style complement each other. But there is always something that can be done to help, if we find stones along the way.

Describe the difference between Noda's identity as a Japanese American woman and being racially Japanese.
ella [17]

The difference between Noda being Japanese American and being racially Japanese is that in the former, her physical race is that of an American and the latter explains her cultural upbringing.

Why did Noda not identify with being japanese?

This is because, from an early age, Noda's whole identity as a Japanese-American is the subject of a mixture of incomprehension and stereotyping from white society.

In the story, the author, Kesaya Noda writes about her personal experiences growing up as a daughter of Japanese immigrants and this shows that a person's race does not define them as a person.

Even though it was a difficult thing for her to accept her identity as a Japanese American woman because she was ostracized for being a Japanese American. She also faced racism and discrimination.

Hence, the difference is her physical race and her cultural upbringing as a woman.
