The answer would be 55 degrees

Step by Step:
Having two triangles to be isosceles because they have lines in two lines we should know that they should have two equal angles in the base which makes the triangle easiest to find. With that we should also know that triangles equal 180 degrees no matter their sizes and shape. So for the first big triangle, they have 55 degrees on one angle and is an isosceles, which would make the other side 55 degrees as well, so the equation would be 180 - 55 - 55 and will give you x which is 70 and will also be to the other triangle as it has a vertical angle to the smaller triangle making it also 70 and will have the two other angles equal as they are also an isosceles triangle. So it will be 180 - 70 = 110 / 2, which gives y = 55 degrees

Chris is packing toy boxes that are cubes with 4 inch-sides into a crate. The crate is 3 feet wide by 3 feet long by 2 feet tall
STALIN [3.7K]

Answer:

486\ toy\ boxes

Step-by-step explanation:

we know that

1\ ft=12\ in

step 1

Convert the dimensions of the boxes to feet

4\ in=4/12=(1/3)\ ft

step 2

Find the volume of the toy boxes

V=b^{3}

V=(1/3)^{3}=(1/27)\ ft^{3}

step 3

Find the volume of the crate

V=LWH

V=(3)(3)(2)=18\ ft^{3}

step 4

Divide the volume of the crate by the volume of the toy boxes to find the number of toy boxes

\frac{18}{(1/27)}= 486\ toy\ boxes
