Answer

I am pro-guns because I think dangerous shootings can be reduced with more mental health institutions. I believe it is a part of our rights to carry have a gun.

I wouldn't necassarily disagree with gun controls however, as guncontrol would likely be in place to protect the people. (For example:  extensive background check, and keeping regular citizens away from more extreme weapons.

My political compass looks some what like this (though I lean left most times):

Answer:

1.) Each state only had one vote in Congress, regardless of size.

Congress did not have the power to tax.

Congress did not have the power to regulate foreign and interstate commerce.

2.) if each state only has one vote regardless of size that means that California and maine would have the same amount of votes regardless of the population diffrence.

as of now are country relays on tax to do things like pave roads and funding for schools.

that basically means that they didnt have the power to regulate things like the railroads.

3.) I mean to be honest the reason the constitution was written was more then just the three failings it was a combination of all of the things that had gone wrong in the few years of the confederation.

If a court has jurisdiction over a legal dispute, what is
Thepotemich [5.8K]

Answer:

B.  The court is authorized to hear the case and make a  ruling after considering the arguments.

Explanation:

The jurisdiction in legal terms refers to the geographical coverage or reach of a case to be tried, heard, and decide on the matter. This means that cases of any legal matter are tried according to their jurisdictional situations.

In cases of a court that has jurisdiction over a legal dispute, the court is at the liberty to hear and decide on the matter. The court can hear the case and make a ruling after all arguments are presented. The jurisdiction allows the court to act on the case as it likes. This means that the court has the right to make any ruling regarding the case as it has jurisdiction over it.

Thus, the correct answer is option B.
