Describe three reasons for the prevalence of sedentary lifestyles.
expeople1 [14]
A sedentary lifestyle has a lot of precedents in the past years. Most prominent reasons are as follows:
1. Convenience
Nowadays, everything is accessible at the touch of your fingertips. Development in Food production led to the prevalence of "convenience store food" and "fast food" which is so much cheaper and accessible not to mention hassle-free to have. Convenience made everything a lot easier and people just don't want to spare some extra minutes to put an effort into making something.

2. Modern technology
We must admit that modern technology has helped us a lot in so many ways. It also led us to rely on it for most things to get done. For example, instead of walking to the mall to pay bills or shop, we just pay bills online or through our smartphones. We shop online instead of walking around in a mall. It has become a habit to rely on modern technology for everyday tasks that it led us to a sedentary lifestyle. We have exchanged doing daily physical activities because we are entertained by our modern technology.
3. Social Media
Social Media is phenomenal. It changed a big aspect of how we interact with each other. It also led people to lean into chatting online than having a personal face to face conversation. People have developed a preference for social media connection because it made them feel more relevant and more fruitful. Having more likes on their wall post makes them feel more relevant. Thus, staying indoors couched with your phone has been a great reason to live sedentarily.

Constructively critique the way in which the municipality manage waste in your community (five points). please recommend a corre
LekaFEV [45]

The ways in which the municipality manage waste in our community are:

1. Municipality has alloted a community bin. To discard all the wastes in a particular dustbin, mixes both the biodegradable and non-biodegrabale wastes. Therefore, we must keep seperate dustbins for such wastes.

2.  Instead of throwing the biodegradable waste in the dustbin, we can dig a pit in the ground and throw the wastes like vegetable peels in this pit. This process degrades such wastes by the action of microorganisms and can make manure out of it.

3. In many areas, plastic bags are still used.

Strict action should be taken by the municipality for using plastic bags. We must carry our own jute or cloth bag to carry items.

4. Industrial wastes should not be discarded in the water bodies. The wastes pollutes the water and also chokes the aquatic animals to death.

5. Hospital wastes should be discarded separately as the used things may lead to spread of a disease. One should ensure to decontaminate the waste before throwing in the dustbin.

evaluate three ways in which the media can negatively impact ones beliefs and values regarding marriage
mylen [45]
Media can affect marriage in a lot of ways such as the diamonds are forever scam made by Mr. Wint and Mr. Kidd this shows that our traditions of what we have to do to even firstly have the wedding accepted by the other person. Another way the media can impact beliefs regarding marriage is it can make religious beliefs of getting a traditional marriage in a church change to the people wanted a wedding on a beach or other venues which isn't a church. The media can also make the bride and groom go against values of the bride being in a white dress and the groom being in a suit but media can get them to go against their values then wear something completely different.<span />
