Does having 10,000 hours guarantee success? Explain your answer

Answer: No. it does not. Hard work, dedication and personal interest and perseverance means success. A student could have 10,000 hours but if they do not work hard or have dedication they will not be successful. Someone can be successful in an hour or in 10,000 with key factors that have already been mentioned. The amount of hours could help with success but it will not lead to success unless whoever it is is willing. Having all the time in the world does not grant success. Someone who has no dedication can be given a week for an assignment and someone with dedication a day. The person with dedication will invest in the project they will work hard and have success because they did their best and were dedicated to it. The person with a week might do it last minute but they won’t have success of at least the full effects of it because they are not dedicated and invested in it.
