na to Lagos Nigeria. Basabasa proceeded to act as mate on the Bus, but died a day before the bus arrived at Lagos – Nigeria. Alomo, the widow of Basabasa wants to take action in court to recover a portion of the agreed sum. As a lawyer advise her using relevant case law.
