Was the Korean War successful in containing Communism?
Viktor [21]

The Korean war was not successful in terms of the containment of Communism

Explanation:

The hidden agenda of the Korean war even at the time of the intervention from UN was in fact to stop the spread of communism..

This was not something that became successful however as the North Korean regime became a dictatorship and the South was the region that became democratic.

Even after the war there were many nations that accepted the ideas of Russian communism and were following their footsteps in governance.

There was little that the US could do to stop this.

Which commitment of the framers is most clearly reflected in the Constitution as ratified in 1788?
Novay_Z [31]

Answer: B. the principle of limited government.

Limited government is a term used in political philosophy that refers to a system in which the government does not enjoy absolute power. This can be a consequence of two different restrictions. One option is that the government is assumed to have no power, except certain duties given to it by the people. The other is that the power the government is assumed to have is limited and regulated by law. An example of this law is the Constitution as ratified in 1788. This constitution ensured that the government could not get involved in all affairs. Its powers were restricted by law and the power of other institutions.
