Explanation:

Redlining is the act of denying people various goods or services by government or private institutions, through direct price hikes or selective price hikes.

This act was used to stop minority populations like african americans from getting loans to buy houses in certain american neighborhoods and was used to stop them from getting loans to improve their homes.

House discrimination has impacted these e groups by isolating them culturally and politically. It made political alliances difficult for them as well as causing resentments. Fewer housing and employments for these people raised increase in violent crime rates and concentrated poverty.
