The correct answer to this open question is the following.

This is my short story

"The Incident."

It was an amazing day, full of fun and frolic. We all stood amazed to see a strange flying object over our heads. We started guessing...could it be a UFO?

Np. Not really, we thought. Nobody really believes in UFOs. Only the "woo-woo."

Hower that thing passed over our heads again. It was so fast we could not really see what it was. We started to wonder if that was true or just the product of our imagination.

All of a sudden, we heard an explosion in the air. As the sun went down, it was relatively dark and we could see many sparks in the sky. An annoying sound followed through and that was when really started to have fear.

We froze for a second. Waited for the lights to disappear and the noise to stop.

We see each other faces and decided that it was time to go home.

But no so fast my friend. Now, the strange noises were so close to us, right there, at ground level. It was like a motor running crossing so swiftly through the trees of the wood.

We just run and run until we get home.

How real was that. We do not know. But since that time. None of my friends have talked about the "incident."

Scilla [17]
Alliteration is a figurative language that uses words that start with the same letter. "Doubting, Dreaming Dreams; dared; dream." They all start with D. The alliteration definitely makes me pay more attention to the passage. It makes me think more of the meaning of it. It adds something to the passage- and catches the readers eye.

I hope this helps!
