All it means is that the narrator is talking to "nobody" as well. Explanation: This poem signifies that she considers herself as "nobody" and sometimes it's better to label yourself as that instead of a "somebody." "nobodies" stick together and they relate to eachother. That is what the 3rd line means. :)
