Give a brief account on U.S. House of Representatives.

The lower house of the United States Congress is known as the House of Representatives, sometimes known as the U.S. House or simply the House. The Senate is the upper chamber. The United States Constitution's Article One established the makeup of the House. According to the Uniform Congressional District Act, the House is made up of representatives who sit in single-member congressional districts that are allocated to each state accordingly one delegate for each district, representing the population as determined by the US Census, provided that each state is entitled to at least one.

In spite of the fact that universal suffrage did not become a reality until after the Civil Rights Movement and the ratification of the 19th Amendment, all legislators have been elected directly from the government's founding in 1789.According to the Apportionment Act of 1911, the number of voting representatives has been 435 since 1913. The Reapportionment Act of 1929 set a limit of 435 members for the House. However, when Alaska and Hawaii were introduced to the Union, the number temporarily rose to 437 from 1959 to 1963.

Because of that the prices went down as it was impossible to sell all the oil that we had on the market.

All other options are false as the prices of this products didn't change drastically in that period,
