It felt like everything has turned into slow motion, when I felt my feet hit the cold rain water on my feet, It was the first time me and my younger sister have gone out to play in the rain and all I can see if her glowing smiley from cheek to cheek as she spinned in the rain. I felt calm and all I can hear is the laughter of me and my sister and the rain tapping against our raincoats. I just wish that day will never end, but everything comes to a end eventually, right? It’s been 28 years and i can still feel as if I was still there when I relook at the pictures of me and her. She didn’t make it thru cancer, she died before she even finished high school. But I will always have her in my heart and everytime it rains i make my own kids run out and play in the rain so they can feel the same happiness and joy I did when my sister was around.
