Answer and Explanation:

1. The form of poetry chosen by me was a haiku, which is a poetry formed by a single verse of three verses. I chose this type of poetry because I like the ability it has to make an impact in a few words.

2. The theme of my poetry is the human being's ability to feel.

3. The figurative and sensorial language is presented through the personification and the use of adjectives and nouns that describe sensations.

Poetry:

My shiver is shrill and silent.

My footsteps hum and fall silent in the darkness.

My mind wanders out of control and finds its way to the sun.
