We Exist in D. Quaternary period
The modern-day humans exist in Holocene epoch of the Quaternary period ( about 11,7 thousand years ago - Now)
During this period, we already establish a clear intellectual advantage from other living organism
It is true that equal <span>amounts of suffering are of equal significance to any person who is experiencing it. Therefore, no one experiences higher or greater than everyone, it's a matter of perspective and reflection. It's up to the person whether to choose to feel burdened or enlightened by the experience.</span>

Because the witnesses had different viewpoints so they might have seen different things..
If for example the witness is somehow related to the victim, his/her point of view might have been compromised and couldn't be used
