Fold the paper through vertex A so that the rays lie on top of each

other.

Explanation:

The meaning of bisect is dividing into two. So surely folding the paper through the vertex would help to bisect the angle.

Follow the below steps to know better:

 • Consider the angle ABC where B is the midpoint.
 • Keep the compass at angle vertex B and adjust wide setting
 • Draw the arc across every leg of the angle
 • Now keep the compass on the point drawn on each leg, and try drawing an arc in the interior of the angle.
 • Draw a line through the vertex to the point where the arcs cross (use ruler)

Countess Corp. is expected to pay an annual dividend of $5.29 on its common stock in one year. The current stock price is $79.83
Nostrana [21]

Answer:

10.03%

Explanation:

Using the dividend discount formula, find the cost of equity; r

r = \frac{D1}{P0} +g

whereby,

D1 = Next year's dividend = 5.29

P0 = Current price of the stock = 79.83

g = growth rate of dividends = 3.40% or 0.034 as a decimal

Next, plug in the numbers to the formula above;

r = \frac{5.29}{79.83} +0.034\\ \\ r =0.06627 + 0.034\\ \\ =0.10027

As a percentage, r = 10.03%

Therefore, the company's cost of equity is 10.03%

If demand decreases and supply increases, the direction of change in the equilibrium quantity is un-predictable unless the relat
Elodia [21]

Answer:

The correct answer is option A.

Explanation:

A decrease in the demand for a product will cause the demand curve to shift to the left. At the same time, an increase in the supply of the product will cause the supply curve to shift to the right.

In such a situation the change in the equilibrium quantity cannot be predicted. It depends on the magnitude of change in demand and supply.

If the proportionate decrease in demand is more than the increase in the supply of the product, the equilibrium quantity will decrease.

If the increase in supply is more than the decrease in demand, the equilibrium quantity will increase.

If the proportionate increase in supply is equal to a proportionate decrease in demand, the equilibrium quantity will remain the same.

You are required to spend the next year of your life in either in the past or the future. What year would you travel to and why?
elena-14-01-66 [18.8K]

I would live my life in the past because I would already know what would be happening in my life. I would be able to change the future for the better. If I were to live 1 year in the future the world can be completely different, and I wouldn't have a clue on how it changed.
