Masking Tape- Used for painting and protecting surfaces that should not be painted. Usually consists of a paper backing and an easy to remove adhesive.

Electrical Tape- Commonly made of vinyl it is designed to stretch and conform to irregularly shaped surfaces. Used to help wrap electrical wires to protect them from the elements.

By applying distance formula,

$pa=\sqrt{(2-0)^{2}+(2-11/2)^{2} }\\\\ =\sqrt{4+\frac{49}{4} }\\\\ =\sqrt{\frac{65}{4} }$

$pb=\sqrt{(-4-0)^{2}+(6-11/2)^{2} }\\\\ =\sqrt{16+\frac{1}{4} }\\\\ =\sqrt{\frac{65}{4} }$

B, F, and the third one I don’t know (I think it’s C)

For C you only listed two lengths. For D and E there is one length that is longer than the other two lengths combined, so it can’t make a triangle. Same thing for A except for A one length is the same as the other two lengths combined.
