I say this because a run-on sentence is when there are two independent clauses, and those both are. I'm not sure if I'm 100% right, but hopefully, this helps.

She stated many times, frantically, that she was alone.

The setting helped by showing her in her bedroom by herself.

I kinda think this may not have helped...
