If they lose then people might start losing respect for authorities. Anyone doesn't have to support, But they can at least do the least thing and be respectful. LGBTQ+ is respectful and still human, just because somebody likes all genders or just one gender doesn't mean that they aren't human.

Freedom related similes and metaphors? Let me think. 

- "Freedom is like a free bird" (because it can do freely whatever it wants without noone stopping him)
- "A free slave is like a bird whose been set free from it's cage"
- "Actors and rich men are caged in a prison like locked up birds with no freedom"

False.  While the author can include his opinion, this shouldn't happen very often, as in a research paper, you are supposed to mainly be stating facts.
